Commission - There's method to her madness!

A pony pair vector for  of her OC, Cutie Pie, and Pinkie Pie

For this commission I was asked to vector Cutie Pie doing something fun with Pinkie. After a lot of thinking, I chose a balloon animal lesson. Why not? I've made a few balloon animals and hats in my life, and sometimes they get really confusing, especially when the instructions aren't clear! So imagine Pinkie being an instructor!
